　第63回高知大会は一般向けのA大会が70名、初心向けのB大会が48名で、それぞれスイス6回戦で行われた。日本選手権四国地区予選を目の前にして気になるA大会のメタゲームは、ステロの人気はいつものことであるが、黒コントロールの衰退した代わりに、Pernicious Deed入りのデッキの増加が目に付いた。
　決勝戦は、トレンチコントロールを操る山口徹也(徳島）が、GUw Madnessの野町崇行(高知）をプレイオフで破り優勝。
